📦 When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or personalized bracelets may take 5–7 business days to craft with care. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
🚚 What are your shipping rates?
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $5.99 anywhere in the U.S. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available for $12.99–$15.99, depending on your location.
🎁 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50—no code needed. It’s our way of celebrating you and saying thank you.
🔄 What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom bracelets within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
✨ Can I return a customized bracelet?
Customized items are final sale, but if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
