We want you to love your purchase and feel confident in every step of your journey with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Standard Bracelets

We accept returns on non-customized bracelets within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

✨ Customized Bracelets

Because customized pieces are made just for you, they are considered final sale and are non-returnable. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
